GIRLS ARE NOT MATERIAL !!

10:49
This blog post is for all people who judge girls like MATERIAL.

Once i was sharing a couch with one of my Aunt, she was busy on a phone conversation with her sister about the proposals came for her bachelor brother.

The way she was talking about girls made me dumbstruck (although she's a mother of 2 girls herself). At that moment only i thought of writing on this topic of how society think & treat a girl.

We aren't SAMAAN !!
The way she was discussing various girls are as follows :

GIRL 1 : "The girl is very skinny, look-wise okay, but her voice..umm i don't like her voice   (although the boy would sound like a Zebra)

GIRL 2 : "Her weight is X times more than our Bittu. She neither look fragile. Height was okay but unparalleled to Bittu !

GIRL 3 : "Health-height approved. But her complexion  wasn't fair (irrespective of the fact that the guy is carbon black in color). Else she's a good match.

Statically, Indian sex ratio in the year 2012 is 930 women over 1000 men. Big cities viz Delhi & Chandigarh has 866 & 818 women per 1000 men respectively.

These figures are alarming. This clearly shows that there are not enough girls for every bachelor.., that simply means that girls should be the one choosing their spouses having more options in hand than guys ;)
But girls are considered as toy by this hypocrite society. I don't understand why??
Girl is the one who leaves her family & everything for a mere stranger so she ought to have the right to choose her life partner & not to be treated as SAMAAN !!

She's also a human, don't make her feel like a lifeless object. You people also have daughters who'll also get married someday & when she might be described as material, you'll get to know how miserable that feeling is.

Let your boy find a suitable match for him & the same thing goes for your girl. By doing so, the tension of searching a perfect match will be resolved & the rejected feeling you give to hundreds of girls will also get diminished ;)

BEING A DROPPER !

08:24
The ratio of students taking drop for IIT JEE & other engineering colleges is increasing day by day. Either the peer pressure make students to go for a drop or mostly the expectations of their parents.

Pursuing career in engineering is no more than a modern trend which is taken seriously in the recent decade. People don't know why they wanna be an engineer they are just following the crowd. And consequently it lead to go for a drop. Trust me its not worth it. Being a dropper myself i know how it feels. Putting your life on stake for almost an year is not an easy doing.

I have broadly divided the major two scenarios of taking drop into two categories.

First scenario is when you study & are able to get a decent college. Taking drop doesn't seem a mistake but you still  think that you could have done better. Anyway, the afterlife is not so difficult then.

But the second scenario may mess you up with your life.
You study what you once thought you'd never. You keep yourself upto coaching & home. You stop talking to your friends, who have already got admitted into their respective colleges, because all they talk about is how awesome & fab their life in college is, no doubt, this ultimately lead you to grow pungent feelings.
Although it's very difficult to concentrate on your studies because of so much pressure & expectation but you do your best to cross the previously setted certain level* .
You screw yourself up..  Results out..  And guess what??
You just got flunked again. And the feeling u get is suicidal. You got depressed.
Life seems to come to an end. But you somehow manage to deal with it.

Atlast you end up with taking a below average, fuckingly terrible college.
What you see around you is all geeks & goofy people. There is none like you. Hence, you failed to make a bunch of good friends. You see your school friends & schoolmates being your senior. The people who once were way back you are ahead you in college. You got the feeling of somebody punching u hard when you have to call them SIR/MA'AM.
You don't feel like answering the questions in class even if you know the answer very well because you know it just not worth it.

You start skipping college, your attendance starts to fall down. And your college life begins to annoy the hell out of you!

After an year of imprisonment (drop-year) you set free of yourself like a trapped bird.
EXAM TIME... " I studied hell much in my drop year but what difference did i make ?? NOTHING !! So lets just study to get pass. "
And guess what you just able to cross the threshold marks. " Anyone can score good by mugging up stuff which they don't know a thing about. But I am better an average scorer , scored  just because of my actual knowledge. "
And if you are in Bhopal.. Ye RGPV hain beta ;)

[where the result is completely based on your attendance]

I belong to the second scenario, and have experienced it all.
Can a single mistake of yours make your life miserable?
Trust me it can!
Taking drop may seem like an ordinary decision  but it can either built a life or can nurture the feeling of remorse & regretfulness for the rest of your college life.

But let me tell you one thing, your talent your abilities can't be bound by the institute you are in. If you have the capability to come out of the crowd, YOU WILL, irrespective of the college you are in.

K.A.S.H.T.I

[A NGO i work in]
Who are we??  What is our aim??

People wonder, irrespective of their age about their existence & their aim in life.
This modern lifestyle has blocked our view towards our ethical duties & responsibility.
You can make a good amount of money every year but you fail to feel/see the natural priceless moments. You fail to contribute to the mankind.

You are lucky to have a roof over your head, a tie across your neck & the education you have had. But trust me you can be luckier just by giving few minutes of your life to these children who ain't lucky as you. the children from slum areas barely have a home, only a few of them go to school, namely. They don't know anything about life, they are unaware of their future.

K.A.S.H.T.I....is just for them.
It is a newly made NGO run by the people who are in verge of their teens.
We are usually occupied with our career & after life but somehow manage to take out time for these children because we know our role. We visit them every Sunday to teach them the necessary lesson of life including moral teaching & to built their foundation.

When we pack our bags for ending our session, some of them come to us & ask hopefully "Bhaiya/didi aap agli bar bhi ayoge na?? Palliz [please] aap bhi aana [to a newly added member]" with so much gratitude & love that you just can't deny.
They don't say but they consider you as an angel when you take out time for them, every weekend just to make their life better!

YOU can be a drop in creation of an ocean. Just take out few minutes from your busy schedule for the innocent kids & we assure you'll not go back empty-handed. When you'll see the smile on their faces, the eternal happiness you'll have will be soothing & relaxing.

Some of them might stink a bit, they are untidy but when they talk to you with so much respect & love, other things seem to get vanished.

Divine is giving all of us a chance to do something for the children living  in slum areas who are terribly poor & have none to guide them & help them to be a responsible citizen of this country.
Don't let the opportunity go.
At the end of the day the self-satisfaction you'll get will inspire you to do more & you'll all be blessed !
